The department offers overhaul and assembly of rotary equipment including bearing replacement; mechanical seal replacements; shaft alignment; restoration, rotary equipment rebuilds including modification and documentation; replacement part fittings according to the use and function of the machine; etc.

Hydraulics and Pneumatics

Design, manufacture and overhaul of complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems; manufacture and overhaul of hydraulic power units; assembly of all types of high pressure lines, flexible and solid; manufacture and overhaul of cylinders; sale and overhaul of hydraulic pumps , motors and valves.

Valves and safety valves

Overhaul of safety valves and gate valves according to ASME and API criteria and the manufacturer’s instructions. We are certified by the major manufacturers world-wide and attend their training programs. Work includes machining and polishing seal surfaces (lapping); threads renewal; replacement part fittings to specification; testing and calibration, including hot calibration “Trevi-Test” without system shutdown.

Industrial maintenance services

Professionals support in plants and workshops – ongoing maintenance and reinforcement during shutdowns. Our team is comprised of specialists in a variety of trades, including: machinists, (from master machinists to support staff), certified welders, electricians and other trades as required.

Vibration diagnostics, laser alignment, dynamic balancing

Vibration monitoring in rotary equipment and report preparation; monitoring system installations that save data to the cloud including diagnostics and analysis by time and recommendations for action.
Balancing of equipment up to 4,500 kg with a diameter up to 2,000 mm; rotors in electric motors, impellers, blowers, mixers, centrifuges,hammer mills, etc.

1 Setting up a pipe factory Middle East Tube Company Ltd.

August 2020

Gal Industries was responsible for erecting the Middle East Tube Company plant . In the framework of erecting the plant, we managed tens of workers and assembled equipment that was delivered in approximately 100 containers.

4 Plant Maintenance during a shutdown

February 2022

Gal Industries carries out many types of mechanical work during maintenance shutdowns at power plants and other industrial facilities all over Israel. Work is done by our large team of skilled tradesmen including engineers and site supervisors.
